What do the butlers wear? Our butlers are dressed in our trademark bow tie, collar, cuffs and a bottom-revealing apron. Or if ‘bottoms on display’ is a little too risqué for your event, they can wear black dinner trousers with black shoes or even a kilt!
How long can I have a butler for? You can hire a butler hourly for as many hours as you require.
How many butlers can I book? We have over 170 butlers across the whole of the UK so you can book as many butlers as you would like. We would recommend that 1 butler is adequate for 15-20 guests. Since each event is different please call us and we will be happy to recommend what will work best for your event.
Will the butlers travel to remote areas? Yes we can provide butlers anywhere in the UK, be it city or countryside. We pride ourselves on being not only the original and best naked butler company, but also the only company that can provide any amount of butlers, at anytime, to any place in the UK, at our standard rates. The travel cost will be calculated from the nearest "Butler City" this is a standardised charge based on the location of your event not the origin of your butler.
What will the butlers do at my party?
Anything your regular butler would do, should you be lucky enough to have one! Apart from looking gorgeous; our butlers will carry out jobs such as opening the door to your guests, greeting guests with drinks on arrival, serving food and drinks, making cocktails, helping out with basic kitchen tasks and generally keeping everyone’s drink topped up. As the host/hostess you can then relax and enjoy the party with your guests. Most importantly though, your butlers’ most important task is to ensure that your event is great fun for all and a total success.
Can Butlers in the Buff provide catering? Yes, we have forged great links with high quality caterers across the UK. Whatever your event and taste, we are confident that we can supply catering to match.
Will the Butlers do the washing up? Yes they will even do the washing up at the end of the event. Naturally all chores undertaken have to come within the ‘booked hours’ you have requested.
Where do you have Butlers? Across the whole of the UK. Whether you are planning a Hen Party in Harrogate, a birthday surprise in Bradford or a ladies night in Llandudno, we can provide Butlers in the Buff for your event.
Where can I have my Butlers in the Buff? We are able to send butlers out to any private location. This could be a private home, a rented cottage or other similar property, a hotel or a privately booked room/area in a bar or restaurant.
Can I have Butlers in anything other than aprons? We are able to send butlers in black trousers, with black boxer shorts underneath their aprons with customary collar, bowtie and cuffs or even fully dressed in white shirts and black trousers; simply as an attractive charming butler/waiter. It is possible to request our butlers in any costume of your choosing. An additional charge will be made for costume hire. This option would be at the discretion of Butlers in the Buff to ensure it is tasteful and inoffensive.
Do Butlers wear a G-string under their aprons? No there are no g-strings involved, as they can be tacky, their apron covers the necessary areas!
Can we pick our butler? While it is possible to request a particular butler, we are not able to guarantee a given butler on a given date. What we do promise is that ALL of our butlers are hand picked and are, without exception, all charming, handsome and will make the perfect accessory to your event.
All of our butlers are hand picked and carefully selected to ensure they meet the high standards we have set. We have built our reputation on the standard of our guys, and so naturally wish to maintain this. They are all charming, sophisticated, good looking guys with toned athletic bodies. We do not have any huge bodybuilding types and certainly no ‘over the hill’ types drenched in baby oil, sporting a compensatory pony tail!
Can they make cocktails?
All of our butlers are able to make a number of cocktails. We ask that you request particular cocktails beforehand, we can then ensure the butler/s attending have been briefed and arrive prepared to make the cocktails according to your request. We do have a small number of butlers who have worked professionally as cocktail bar men and it is possible to request these guys depending on availability.

Corporate questions
Can I book butlers for a corporate event? Yes we can provide any number of butlers for any event anywhere in the UK.
Do you have female butlers? We can provide a range of female waiting staff, bunny and tequila girls.
Can I book a butler as a PR stunt? Yes if you would like to use a Butler in the Buff to help with a pitch or to deliver a press release we can help. Butlers in the Buff always attracts a lot of press attention, so will guarantee publicity for your event.
Can I use butlers for promotional activities? Of course, we can even arrange your butler to be branded with your logo. Ask for further details and costs when booking.
Can I book a butler for a ladies night I am arranging at my restaurant? Indeed, ladies nights are a very successful use of butlers, in restaurant bars and clubs.

How long have you been operating? The initial idea originated in 2001. At this time butlering in the buff was a fun idea for founder Jason Didcott, over the years, and with the addition of William Jones and Stacey Lynn to the business, the idea snowballed into a full-time business, we have built up a nationwide network of Butlers in the Buff who are ready and waiting to serve you and your guests for whatever occasion you have in mind. We are the original and the best naked butler company.
How many butlers do you have? At present our butler strength is over 170 with new candidates applying and joining the team every week. Due to the huge success we have enjoyed we are currently seeking more potential butlers across the whole of the UK.
Media questions
Do you have butlers that will do interviews with the media? Yes, we can provide butlers in the kit to do radio interviews and TV appearances. We can also arrange telephone interviews with butlers, past clients and our directors.
Do you have high res. images of the butlers? Yes we have hundreds of high res. images suitable for media.
Do you have previous clients that will give interviews about their Butlers in the Buff party? Yes we have a number of clients who will be happy to speak on our behalf.
Have you provided butlers for any big names? We have appeared on several television programmes and have provided butlers for all sorts of celebrity parties, from famous weddings to the Footballers Wives launch party.
